The Kristiansand Project

24/12/2021

Motivated by the governmental action plan to strengthen entrepreneurship in education and training (can be downloaded below), the Kristiansand project was a two-year educational project that aimed to introduce and facilitate pedagogical entrepreneurship in all primary schools in Kristiansand. Kristiansand Municipality, Innovation Norway, National Oilwell Varco, Elkem and Young Entrepreneurship funded the project with a budget of about NOK 900.00.

My task was to establish and lead the project. As a project leader, I involved, arranged and facilitated various educational programs, gave courses and lectures to primary school teachers and school leaders, acquired and nurtured commercial partners and facilitated a wide range of different programs, competitions and events. As it is difficult to list all the programs, competitions and events, I present the program in a photo cavalcade below.
